Michael has taught nationally for Polestar Pilates Education and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. In 1999, he became certified in GYROTONIC, training directly with Juliu Horvath, the founder of the GYROTONIC Expansion System. Michael’s dance background, plus certification training, allows him to apply his extensive awareness of movement to help people of all skill and fitness levels achieve their fitness or rehabilitation goals.
“Having a degree in Interior Decorating certainly helps when it comes to office décor, but dealing with my own medical challenges over the years has helped me realize my true passion for people. It is so helpful in my job to be able to identify with our patients so I can better meet their needs. I understand what they are going through as I’ve been through it myself.”
